A second woman has come forward and accused Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) of inappropriately touching her in 2010, according to Fox News.
The woman says that while posing for a photo at the Minnesota State Fair, Franken grabbed her buttocks.
Whereas Franken’s groping incident with initial accuser Leeann Tweeden would have occurred prior to his time as a U.S. senator, this 2010 account would have taken place while Franken held a seat in Congress.
Lindsay Menz reportedly said that Franken “pulled me in really close, like awkward close. … He put his hand full-fledged on my rear. It was wrapped tightly around my butt cheek.”
The incident occurred as her husband was snapping a photo of the two of them.
Menz is the second woman to come forward with such an allegation against Franken. The first was Tweeden, who had worked with Franken during a USO tour in 2006.
